ketel one, tanqueray or your choice freshly shaken over ice and served up or on the rocks 

traditional - carpano bianco vermouth stirred with your choice of spirit 
classic dirty - olive juice shaken with your choice of spirit (ask for filthy if you would like heavy brine)
new dirty - dill pickle juice shaken with your choice of spirit (same deal, ask for filthy if you want more dill)

garnish: spanish olives, bleu cheese olives or lemon swath
